PARALEGAL & NOTARY

Just Write

More Than Just Your Ordinary Notary!

Introduction

Welcome to Just Write Paralegal and Notary. I provide mobile notary and professional document preparation services for individuals and families throughout Louisiana who want their paperwork handled correctly and without unnecessary delays.

Just Write Paralegal and Notary is built around clarity, discretion, and direct service. I work one-on-one with every client, keeping the process simple, confidential, and efficient—whether you need a notary or properly prepared legal documents for self-representation.

What To Expect When You Contact JWPN

When you reach out to Just Write Paralegal and Notary, you will work directly with me from start to finish. Every matter begins with an initial consultation so I can understand your needs and confirm whether your situation falls within the scope of my services.

For notary services, we meet at a convenient public location unless your documents require my presence at a specific site, such as a real estate closing or medical facility. I’ll let you know ahead of time what identification and documents are required so there are no surprises.

For document preparation matters, meetings take place in a semi-private public setting. I do not operate a traditional office, which allows me to remain flexible and accessible while still maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Important Notary & Document Information

Over 10 Years of Experience

Serving the State of Louisiana for over 10 years while offering an array of Notary and Paralegal services

• Certain documents must be signed in the presence of a Louisiana notary and witnesses to be legally valid

• Some acknowledgments may be signed either in or outside the notary’s presence, depending on the document

• All signers must present valid, unexpired government-issued identification

• Louisiana notaries are not required to use a seal; the notary’s signature serves as the legal authority

• A Louisiana notary holds a lifetime commission, subject to annual compliance requirements

• Louisiana notaries have broader authority than notaries in many other states

• Notaries may prepare requested documents but may not give legal advice

Community Education & Estate Planning Seminars

In addition to my professional services, I regularly provide estate planning education through community seminars and outreach events. I present informational sessions at public libraries throughout Lafayette Parish and am available to travel to surrounding parishes.

I also offer educational presentations at senior living facilities, churches, and businesses for their residents, members, and employees. In addition, I participate in community events where I share general educational information on estate planning topics to help individuals and families better understand their options under Louisiana law. These efforts are focused on education and awareness—not legal advice—and are designed to help people take informed next steps.
